Jennifer - I only wish I had another occasion to celebrate at Roof With A View! The location is perfect and I give it the highest recommendation. Brett and his daughter are very knowledgable, but also be sure to take into account the opinions of your other vendors. The collaboration made our wedding absolutely fabulous.

We also did not have a planner. We used Best Impressions Catering who'd I'd also recommend with the highest regard. We set the room with beautiful navy blue linens from Party Reflections (secured through Best Impressions) and our family set candles on every table - both large hurricanes and small votives. I didn't want to spend much on flowers, and the room was beautiful with just candles. The room needs little decoration since you have the skyline in the background and the little lights surrounding the room. Brett should have some photos to help you along - I'd just recommend staying away from balloons. I saw one photo and it looked quite cheesy!

All of your info was great! We are already doing almost the same as you guys for the tables! We are doing chocolate brown linens and then have tall hurricanes in the center with our monogram on them and using tealights inside of real mini pumpkins for the tables. We are using A Catering Duo, they were referred to us by Brent. They seem to be great so far. Will be able to tell more when the day comes!

Did you do your ceremony on the patio or inside? What did you use as decorations for the "alter" or ceremony?

Do you have any pics I could look at so I could get an idea of how everything is going to look? I understand if you would rather not have a complete stranger looking at your pics though! Thanks again!
