CATHY AND WILL'S WEDDING

"Will and I got married on the beach at Sunset Beach. It was a perfect day. Sunset Beach has been my family's vacation spot for the last 25 years and now is even more special. Will and I live out of state and worried that planning a wedding in a small town afar would be a problem, but almost every vendor we worked with was wonderful and hard working. The people of Sunset Beach and the surrounding area were wonderful."

"Their package deals are all-inclusive and very affordable. The space and food were wonderful and beautifully set up. Unfortunately, the main room was very hot and staff informed us that the temperature couldn't be fixed. The last half of our pictures were no good because we were covered in sweat. The staff leads a bit to be desired. We were not informed that they would put a tip jar on the bar. We were told by guests that the bartender was rude & there were certain bar items promised beforehand (Guinness & champagne), they were not available at the event. Our coordinator, Celeste, told us she would be available all day and we didn't see her until the reception. So when we needed to make changes to the setup beforehand, not only was our contact not there, but the person that was there was not friendly, and didn't even remove the tables that were clearly over-filling the space. We should have been more worried about this location when they didn't have photos of a wedding reception and didn't offer a contract for us to sign. It was a great time, but just sloppy execution."

"We loved this Inn! They have 14 rooms all differently and beautifully decorated. The staff was amazing to work with when setting up our room block and so good to our guests (a staff member took home information for one of our guests and checked them in online for their flight the next day)."
