"I used this bakery for my wedding cake and was impressed during the initial consultation by the selection of delicious cakes she offered. We chose her to make our wedding cake and were unfortunatly dissapointed and angered by what we received the day of our wedding. I had given her a detailed picture as well as color swatches for the exact color I desired. The day of the wedding the cake looked nothing like what I ordered. It was suposed to be a deep claret red, chocolate brown and silver in color instead I received a bright christmas red, purple and white. Luckily, the cake at least tasted wonderful so it was a small compensation for my frustration over what I had wanted as a centerpiece to my wedding."

"Linda, the owner, is wonderful and she is so creative. I gave her a few details of the wedding and she made us the most beautiful favors. We did candy boxes in our wedding colors with the candy we liked the best from Albanase Candy Factory and she made custom name tags with our names and wedding date as well as the image that was on our wedding invitations we loved so much."

La Porte, IN, USA"We used this limo company for my bachlorette party as well as for the wedding. The driver was fantastic and knowledgeable. When the route to the ceremony was congested she knew an alternative to get us there on time. The only problem we had was the air conditioning it blew hot air the night of the bachlorette party and we made them aware of the situation that evening and asked that if this was the limo we would be using the day of the wedding that it please be fixed becuse it was going to be totally hot out the day of. It was not fixed and we sweated our butts off on the ride to and from the ceremony. Also, when I tried to get a hold of the owner after to voice our displeasure I received no response."

"The reception hall was amazing. It is deceiving from the outside, but as soon as you step into the hall your breath is taken away by the excuisite hall that is in no way like the traditional places in our area. The decor required minimal decoration to make it elegant. The people were wonderful, the hall coordinator, Jenny, was the most helpful even with things not having to do with her venue. She made phone call for me to help find rentals I needed, as well as suggesting vendors in the area that we could use for our event. I can't say enough about The Allure, it was everything we hoped for and more."

"The hotel was a disaster. First they couldn't keep track of my reservation, then called me 4 time during my rehersal to see if we wanted to give up our rooms because they overbooked like it was my fault. Then when we arrived there was no one to help us with our mass amount of luggage as well as lots of attitude because we arrived late. Upon entering the room we found a nice room, but it was unbelievably hot, the ice machine didn't work and the sink in the kitchen was broken. When calling for room service in the morning it took eight calls before I could reach someone and then the woman gave me attitude when I wanted to order just for myself. I couldn't charge it because of a limit placed on my room due to the fact that it was comped because of their incompetence. My parents also stayed there and were harrased about giving up their rooms as well, and received no compensation for the hassle they received. I would never stay there again and would advise anyone asking for a hotel to stayas far away from there as possible."
