July, 2010 in Goleta"Our wedding was beautiful, on a sunny day in Santa Barbara. You would think a Santa Barbara wedding would have to be PRICEY, right? But we were running on a tight budget and stuck to our numbers--and made it all work for under $15k! (If you are looking around Santa Barbara, you'll see some of the caterer's menus START at that price!) We made our own invitations and favors, and customized the decor to coordinate. Our day was personal, sweet, and classy."

"I was pretty disappointed with this florist. They did not make my bouquet as requested, though it still look lovely. All the boys' boutonnieres hardly lasted through the ceremony, and my bridesmaids' flowers all died before we could take pictures afterward! The florist should have been more careful or wise about the preparation and preservation of our flowers!"

"We loved the location and privacy of this place. We were getting married on a Sunday, and the salon is closed on Sundays, so we got the whole place to ourselves! It saved us the hassle of trying to find a place to change, plus we got to snack and chat and relax, knowing we were just minutes from our ceremony site. They worked a lot slower than I would have liked, which meant I did not get to take pictures with my girls beforehand, like I had hoped. But the girls' makeup all turned out absolutely beautiful, and their hair was divine. Not to mention I looked like a supermodel :)"
