"I will begin by saying our bridal cake was beautiful, exactly what we wanted, and tasted great. However, we had alot of problems with the employees attitudes here. They definitely need work on their customer service. Had we not had to use them because of our contract I would have cancelled with them on more than one occasion. For the actual cake I would recommend them, but if you want a great wedding experience, find another vendor."

It was perfect! Easy enough for us novices, but fun and flirty enough to be entertaining. Yvonne was a wonderful and patient teacher."

"To start-I'm not artistic and I'm not a florist so I wanted someone that would see my vision and tell me how to make it happen. I actually interviewed 4 florists before I found the one that did just that. The rest pulled out photos of flowers and asked me to pick. Jodi asked some questions, told me it would be fabulous, and went to work! My flowers were beautiful. I've seen posts about Jodi being a little over the top - I would say she is, but just go with the enthusiam - it can be contagious. :)"

"I saw all the negative reviews on this bridal shop, but as it's close to home I stopped in anyway. When you're there they are very nice and have a great selection. They weren't real helpful, but nice. I knew what dress I wanted and their price was lower than anyone else, so I ordered through them. I also had my bridesmaids order there for the same reason. But! The customer service ended there. They are completely unorganized - they lost my maid of honor's order and then ended up ordering it twice! My dress was over a month late (luckily I had ordered with plenty of time), and they said they would rush the girls and didn't so we had to rush to get theirs altered. In the mean time, everytime I called I was given the run around and outright lied to and that's when I could get someone on the phone. I would definitely not recommend this store to anyone - especially if you don't have alot of time to babysit your order."
