I sent them an image of the bouquet I wanted and a few weeks before my wedding they sent me a side stock photo of a flower that looked nothing like what I wanted. When they sent me a few samples I broke down in tears. They did try to make it better, but it was hard to get them to communicate and I didn't get my shipment until the very last minute over a week after my ship date."
