"Having a wedding reception at the Ranch House seems like a great idea; it provides wonderful scenery and is affordable. However, unless you want to pay their rental fees to have access the day before or the day after, you have to return the place to the condition you found it in before 1 am. This means any rental equipment must be removed the same night so plan to pay extra to have that done. There are issues with lighting and power; so if you plan to do anything outdoors at night it's not easy to do. It's not worth the trouble and I would not recommend anyone trying to have a wedding or a reception there unless you have a very small event during the day."
