"Apparently a few of our guests who stayed here did not have the best time - and they're used to staying at Travelodges. Things wrong with rooms, problems with staff and cold rooms. They all expressed their surprise at this - maybe it was just a one off - I've certainly never had any problems. This is all 3rd party info and our guests were reluctant to go into further details as they didn't seem to want to upset us."
