Response from the couple:
The wedding co-ordinator was very helpful, I'm not sure how hot the church will be they have high ceilings and the chapel has trees around it so it may not be too bad. Most chapel's don't have air conditioning so I think most people expect it will be hot. Depends on the time of day, how many guests etc....anything after 1pm would be hotter and depending on the amount of guests, it may be hotter too. Talk to Trafalgar and see if you can get some fans in or something, they should be able to suggest something.The school itself should be very comfortable not sure if your having your reception there. Don't be afraid to ask for what you want, they gave me the excuse that its a school and we can't do this or that. Once I talked to the boss who runs the show, I got everything I wanted!
