"The overpriced venue was not up to par with what you get for the money. The coordinator was horrible to work with, and nothing was ever followed up in a timely manner. There were over a handful of problems the day of my wedding. They did not order enough champagne (we ran out after one pour), we rented one of the charter boats and there was no food or champange on the boat, which we asked for 4 months ahead of time. During the reception there was horrible service. There were empty bottles, glasses, plates everywhere! They never followed up with me the day before the wedding on running through logistics. And trust me there were many more horrible mistakes. However, the bartender was great and the food was too!"

"The night of our wedding someone pulled the fire alarm and had set off smoke bombs. We had to evacuate the hotel until 3AM. We had used our room to have the bridesmaids get ready in, we had ordered lunch for them, the catered food was suppossed to be removed and it was not. Needless to say there was water from the ice bucket all over the floor, and moldy meat and cheese. It was a great wedding night!"
