"My fiance and I made a song request list prior to the reception. However, our dj hardly played any of the songs unless we directly asked him for a certain song to be played next. He also mispronounced my name during the grand entrance (even though I chatted with him a few minutes prior about how to say it). Lastly, we had requested a few special dances (bouquet toss, garter toss, dollar dance, etc) to be done that night (and gave him our list a few days prior to the reception). I was hoping that on my wedding night, I wouldn't have to let the dj know everything we wanted to have done again and say, "Okay, can we do _______ next?". I was hoping our dj would have just announced, "Okay, now it's time for the_____!" Instead, we had to ask him for each thing to be done. Towards the end of the night, my grandpa even said "Are you having a dollar dance? I've been waiting all night.""

"Beautiful Location! A bit overpriced and the person running things was very rude to my fiance and I. I booked the site over a year in advance and approx two weeks before our wedding, I decided to check out their website. It was then that I learned they would be doing construction on the house and grounds that month. We never even received a notice about this from the ACG! When I spoke with the person in charge about my concerns, he said he could not guarantee what the grounds would look like. He also informed me that the house may not even be available to get dressed in prior to the ceremony. However, he did say if this was the case, we could change in the UW dorms... made me a little mad to say the least! Luckily, the weather was nice and my bridesmaids and I had the house to change in that day!"
