May, 2009 in Lebanon"Blackhaven Wedding Gardens (Blackhaven) in Lebanon, Tennessee is indeed a beautiful venue, but the owner was one of the rudest and most unprofessional persons I have ever dealt with in my 10+ years of event planning experience. In the initial meeting with Blackhaven the owner was very nice and accommodating. It wasn't until after I had paid my deposit that she took a "my way or the highway" attitude in our meetings. She reneged on verbal agreements, lied and, essentially, stole money from my damage deposit that she had no valid receipts showing damages.
