If you are planning on going to Vancouver Island, there are only two ways to get there...fly or ferry. Flying by float plane is 35 minutes from downtown Vancouver to downtown Victoria. Sight-seeing tours to some of the nearby islands are also available. West Coast Air offers many of the same routes, but Harbour Air's single otters offer a better view from their windows.
