Located on the Univeristy of Wisconsin-Madison campus. Gardens open daily from dawn to dusk. No entrance fee.

Perfect! As long as you don't mind taking care of the set up yourself. It's affordable for how beautiful it is. There is amble parking and they have a space for the bride to get ready and wait ahead of time.
