Andrea and Philip's Wedding
"I stayed here in the Governor's Club and felt like I was treated very special. They went out of their way to make me feel very VIP and I so appreciated how great the staff was. They were wonderful!"

"Our room block was here because of it's size, location, and reputation. Since we filled our room block, we were given a complimentary upgrade to the Governor's Club. All of our guests enjoyed their stay. We never knew there was a pool, whirlpool, and sauna! The proximity to downtown entertainment is excellent."

Siobhan and Tom's Wedding
"We made gift bags to welcome our out of town guests. We had to pay the Concourse $3 per bag just to have their staff hand them out at check-in. Then, many of our guests didn't even get their bags at check in & we had to tell them to go back & ask for them when they returned to their hotel that evening. We had listed the Dayton St Grille (the hotel's restaurant) on the list of preferred restaurants in the area. When 13 of our guests asked to be seated for dinner, they were told the kitchen couldn't take them even though the restaurant was mostly empty. The excuse given was that they had taken a party of 16 earlier in the evening. What kind of restaurant are they running if they can only accommodate 1 large group per day?! My elderly uncle uses a cane. He went to the front desk & asked for shuttle service to another venue 3 blocks away & was told "Pinckney & Gilman is way out in the country" and they couldn't take him that far. Are you kidding me? The same shuttle had taken several other guests to & from Mansion Hill Inn. What on earth kind of service are they offering when they leave an elderly man using a cane to walk 3 blocks up hill? I would NEVER recommend the Concourse! Their sales department is very friendly, but their front desk staff & restaurant are nothing short of incompetent!"

"While the Concourse is a beautiful hotel, their prices were a bit more than we would have liked. Summer weekends are extremely busy for the hotels downtown and the Concourse wasn't overly accomodating."
