"Overall, we were wary of the bad reviews we had read about Gesinee's but they had a dress that I loved so we bought it from them. The alterations went very smoothly. I worked with Barbara from start to finish- she runs the alterations department but I was lucky enough to meet with her the first time I went in to look at dresses. She was not pushy and gave me the privacy I needed when changing. She was super nice and the groom's mom liked her so much that she bought her dress there too. I can't vouch for any other employees but Barbara was great. If you go, definitely request her."
