"Service was ok. My consultant had to take a medical leave half way through my fittings, and they kept switching me around. They ordered my dress in a 12 regular instead of a 12 petite, and the dress was very wrinkled when they sent it home with me. The whole point of using a full-service salon was to get more personal service. I wish I'd ordered on the web."
