Lansdale Wedding In September
"DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR FOR YOUR DRESS!!! Beautiful gowns but extremely horrible customer service. My dress wasn't ordered when it was supposed to be because the consultant never stated the policy which is not written anywhere!! I felt as if I was getting blamed for not following the policy when I wasnt told the policy. The owner completely walked away when a confrontation was happening during the first fitting which was only 3 weeks prior to my wedding bc they didn't order the dress when I was told they were supposed to. The only good thing that was there besides my dress was the seamstress. Unfortunately though the day of the wedding when I was putting my dress on the hook & eye was missing the hook! So it was a little looser than I wanted it. Save yourself the hassle and don't go here.. you don't need the stress!"
