We were very lucky to have a wonderful summer day. One word of caution for this venue - sun! Be prepared if it going to be a hot sunny day because there is no shade. Just consider your older and younger guests who may not be able to handle the heat very well

We used vendors that were familiar with this location. This was a tremendous help because they all already knew where to put items, where things could be plugged in etc... details we did not have to worry about.
