"I was completely unimpressed with this vendor. The video was horrible quality and they did not listen to what I wanted from the video. You could not hear any of our wedding music in the video and the editing looked like a novice did it. If you want to record your big day DO NOT use this vendor, as you will be greatly disappointed. If it weren't for the fact that the video is the only "Guest Book" that I have, I would have just thrown it away."

"I would have given this vendor a higher mark but I had to deal with them regarding the video and they handled it very unprofessionally. I tried to let them know that I was not pleased with the video and received a very unprofessional, personally attacking response. I had no issue with their decorating services and only a slight hang-up with their coordination skills but the lack of professionalism afterward is the reason I would not recommend this company to another bride."
