Nina and Samuel's Wedding
October, 2007   |   Ceremony

No common amenities, but sooooo cute and sentimental. Quaint, I guess you could call it. The oldest church in the whole area! I didn't actually get married here though-it was my back up in case of bad weather. Seats only 50 (if you're a.) lucky or b.) a family of anorexics. No center aisle--bride would have to walk around one side of the guests. You must be active duty military or have an active duty sponsor to use this spot on Ft Story. Of course there are a lot of militant rules to follow. Just make sure you tell your Ft Story coordinator to stay out of the way of pictures: provide clear instruction on that. In fact--just have your photographer talk to them. $200 fee to use. (We found out in the middle of planning that the fee may have been for the wedding coordinator's service, which was actually more annoying with anything. If you can read 2 pages of rules and follow directions precisely, see if you can get out of paying for her.)
