A Richmond institution for more than 30 years, the bar's owner Terry O'Neill still sounds like he just stepped off the ship. Darts and billiards upstairs, traditional British pub down. John and Kristin, both of whom worked for a while in the bland building across 5th Street, met here often after work with various work colleagues.
