I had too many problems with this hotel from the very beginning. I booked our room through Hotwire and once I got the name and address of the hotel, I blocked rooms for our guests. If I had not had the reservations that could not be cancelled I would have gone elsewhere. They lost my mother-in-law's reservation, and then double charged her when she checked out. Then they charged me for the "lost" reservation because I had guaranteed it with my credit card. When my mother-in- attempted to use the free shuttle service they offered, the tried to get out of it. The restraunt was closed, so there was no where to eat in the hotel. Many of the vending machines were out of order. The staff was very unhelpful. I couldn't even get someone to get me a luggage cart, much less help with my bags. All in all, this was the only dark spot on my wedding day. For $3 more per night everyone could have stayed at the Park Cities Hilton.
