Special Moments provides the ultimate level of coordinating and planning services to all clients while making the process fun and enjoyable. No matter what the vision, venue or budget is- our job is to help you reflect the style and sentiment of your day and have a good time while doing it.
Our clients have described us as being very organized and on-task but in the same breath they'll usually also remark on not being what they expected. That we don't fit the stereotypical, high-strung mold that seems to come with the job title. We think that’s because we truly love what we do and we hope it shows. But also because we always maintain just the right mix of professionalism and expertise, while doing our best to be supportive, flexible and up-beat.
Lastly, it's important to us that our clients feel comfortable, nurtured and relaxed. It's our job to guide and take the worries and concerns away, not dictate or control things. We want couples to know that they set the tone, it's their day. We’re there to make sure it's A Special Moment!
