"The people at the Gunter were the most competent people I worked with in our entire wedding. They were very helpful and courteous and helped with small requests we made. You will have to stay on top of little things - make sure the food they serve is what you ordered, make sure that if you set drink limits or limits on what types of drinks are served that they stick to those, and make sure they do arrangements like you want. But overall, they take care of alot for you! Make sure you ask to work with Stacy in the catering department - she is so helpful!"
