"These people are amazing - they've been in the catering business for decades and their professionalism and quality of food shows. We worked with Dawn who helped us plan the food stations and the arrangement of the stations on the property. But again, since we had to go to Plan B, the McKenna Events Center, due to the rain, they made the adjustments in the layout of the food and bars, one day before our wedding. Again, only professionals could pull this off. Food was wonderful and displayed beautifully."
