"Edet's cake was beyond what we ever imagined. It was impeccable, the colors were outstanding and it was SO good! We had a sort of spanish flair at our wedding and so he created a cake covered in mosiac tiles made out of sugar - you've never seen anything like it. It was BEAUTIFUL and tasted even better! He worked with us from start to finish on the concept we had in our minds and made it come to life on our wedding day. He was professional, let us have a different flavor for each of our 5 tiers, and truly worked with us to make our dream cake come true! He can really do ANYTHING and he does it amazingly!"
