Amenities = 5 star. Customer service (booking agents) = negative stars. They would not honor our price for my bridesmaid and they harassed her about getting a military discount (for pete's sake... her husband just returned from Iraq!). Several guests were told no rooms were available when there were (our block was only half full). The hotel itself is beautiful and the local staff is friendly.
