"The Doubletree was a great pick for our guests to stay, the staff was friendly and helpful, they delivered our guest's welcome bags to each of their rooms. A complimentary suite was also provided for us on our wedding night with champagne and chocolate covered strawberries."

"We blocked off about 20 rooms, and all of them got reserved! The hotel was a perfect location for us and the rate was very good. It is downtown just two or three buildings from the Nashville City Club. The hotel has a restaurant and bar! And a Starbucks. Very nice rooms and service it was excellent."

"I had trouble with the hotel b/c I told them I would need a large block of rooms (at least 30) but the lady convinced me to sign a contract for only 10. Having never done this before, I did not realize what a mistake that was. They did what they could to accommodate all of my guests and that particular employee is no longer with the hotel. Great rooms and great service otherwise."

"There were a few problems with this hotel. The hotel is nice. But we just had a few issues. If there were no Russell Green, I may take off a star. But Russell is FANTASTIC and took care of any issues we had!"
