"This is the worst I have ever been treated throughout the wedding process. They double booked us and though we had scheduled first, we were the ones who had to reschedule. Very unhelpful, hard to contact and the worst customer service I've had in a very long time. The only reason we found we were double booked is when our caterer got a call to do a wedding on the same day. Luckily we found out in time and cancelled everything. Oaklawn was much nicer and easier to work with. DO NOT USE THIS VENUE!!!"
