"Vella Cheese Company is one of two amazing Sonoma cheese companies. Their dry Monterey jack cheese is the best cheese in the world! It is located in a stone building built in 1904 from stone from the quarry behind Sonoma Mountain Cemetary. One very cool thing about them is that they have solar panels on the roof of the building."
