"Trinity Church was built in the 1720s. It is a beautiful old church is a lovely setting a short distance from downtown Newport on Queen Anne Square The church has been visited by George Washington and Queen Elizabeth II. Of interest are the pulpit, the organ, the tablets around the inside of the church and the Tiffany window donated by the Vanderbilt family."

Other noted visitors include Queen Elizabeth and the Archbishop of Canterbury, who visited in 1976.
