"Tony, the Trinity's catering manager, was very pleasant and easy to work with. I was very specific with my instructions and he followed them carefully. The food was excellent, and as they have a liquor license, we were able to save some money. I had some trouble getting Tony to call me back, but I believe I may have been being overly anxious, while he knew he had everything under control."
