"There is no doubt that the hotel has one of the most gorgeous reception halls I have every seen. The food is outstanding as well. The customer service from catering is in need of some help, but in the end me and the guests were happy with the food and had an amazing time. The servers were excellent as was the banquet captain. Again, response time from catering was extremely slow and I don't think that the manager for that department is understand customer service at all. The response time was extremely slow - had she worked in any major city in the states she would have been fired. She did not effect the outcome of the wedding, but I would say this one person is the only reason I an unable to give El Convento a 5 star review, her slowness and customer service was just ridiculous."
