"The concept is delightfully simple. Choose a favorite from among the dozen or so pastas. Then select a sauce; choices range from smoky vodka-spiked salmon and peas to zesty pancetta and red pepper Amatriciana. Bracing, tomato-based arrabbiata and rich, reduced cream funghi also pair well with most of the pastas. Delicious, doughy, sauce-sopping bread comes on the side; springy buffalo mozzarella caprese salad makes another nice accompaniment. For dessert, sample the indulgent java-dusted tiramisu."
