You haven't seen Chicago until you've seen it from the Sears Tower Skydeck. * The best view of Chicago and beyond from the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere. * Interactive displays highlight the character and characters of this great city. * Knee High attractions for kids."

"View the magnificent Chicago skyline from the 103rd floor in the Sears Tower. It will take your breath away."
Themi and Brian's Wedding
"Taiwan's 1,667-foot-tall Taipei 101, completed in October of 2003, may have pushed the Sears Tower to number three on the "world's tallest" list, but at 1,454 feet high, it's still the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere--and it's so big it even has its own zip code. From the 103rd-floor Skydeck, you can see Indiana, Michigan and Wisconsin, as well as Chicago area landmarks. "The Sights and Soul of Chicago" is an interactive display celebrating the city's history in photos, graphics, video and murals. InfoVision kiosks provide online information in six languages and kid-level displays extend around the Skydeck. Visit in the evening for beautiful sunset views. The tower entrance is on Jackson Boulevard between Wacker Drive and Franklin Street. <!--It may no longer be considered the tallest building in the world, but at 110 stories and 1,454 feet high (not including the antenna tower), Sears Tower, designed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, is still number one in the Western Hemisphere and has its own zip code. The view is hard to beat, especially from the newly renovated (at a cost of $4 million) 103rd-floor Skydeck. From there you can see Indiana, Michigan, and Wisconsin, as well as Illinois and Chicago landmarks. Also featured: "The Sights and Soul of Chicago," a new interactive display celebrating the city's history with photos, graphics, video and murals. Fun fact: The tower has 796 lavatories and 25,000 miles of plumbing to service them. You'll have no trouble finding a place to powder your nose or change the baby or take care of other mundane but necessary business. And if your pager goes off and you need to get to a phone quick? No problem. In fact, there are approximately 43,000 miles of telephone cable in the building, enough to wrap around the globe nearly two times. The tower entrance is on Jackson Boulevard between Wacker and Franklin."

"If it's a clear day, this is the broadest view you'll get of the City. Not for those that are faint of heart!"
Melissa and Casey's Wedding
"First Sears sold the building and moved to cheaper suburban offices in 1992. Then the skyscraper got an ego blow when the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, went up and laid claim to the title of world's tallest buildings. (The Sears Tower has since put up a 22-ft. antenna in an attempt to win back the title.) Tallest-building posturing aside, this is still a great place to orient yourself to the city, but I wouldn't put it on the top of must-see sights for anyone with limited time (and limited patience for crowds)."
Alexis and Jason's Wedding
