"The Metroplex was nice and we did have a good time. The set up was good with their staff. There was one worker that night that kept hinting about her tip (that had been already put in the budget and paid) and we had guest pay her without knowing this. Also we had made payments to the hotel and had overpaid by 1,000. We had a very hard time getting our refund from them."
