"Over all they were good to work with. Well, depending on what staff member you were working with. Val was the best by far. The day before the wedding we happened to be setting up when the chair covers arrived. The difference in color between the napkins and the sashes was night and day, both were to be a light green. The sashes were bright and the napkins were a dull ugly green. I asked the lady at the desk if they had white napkins and I was told "sure, but you will have to pay the rush shipping fees", and "sorry, but that's what you picked out and that was your decision" Well after taking a look at the samples fabrics they had, they were faded and the wrong color to what you actually got! Luckily Val was there and she was able to get us white napkins for no fee. She was more than happy to fix the situation. Food was good, but room temp at best. The servers were great though! Overall we had an amazing night and we would pick Crystal Gardens again in a heartbeat!"

"Crystal Gardens was amazing!!! We didn't have a ton of money to spend on this wedding but this venue is like having a personal planner also. They took care of the food, made the cake, gave us a choice of dj, and also set up all of my decorations for me!!! I couldn't have asked for any more from them. We had so many comments on how beautiful the venue was and how great the food and service was. I would reccommend this place to anyone not wanting to spend a lot but get something that is worth top dollar AMAZING!!!!!"
