"We had Karen Ray of Beach Wedding Place handle our ceremony set up (we did benches instead of chairs to save money and ease of people sitting on the beach ($30 each; we did 10 as they seat 5-6 people each) and Karen officiated for us too. There was some miscommunication so we were lucky someone in our group had a portable, charged stereo to play our Ipod with ceremony music but overall she was $1k less than other ceremony coordinators I found."
