"Very unprofessional. Hard to reach. Does not answer phone calls and takes days or sometimes even weeks to return e-mail. Overpriced for what you get! I am not the only one who feels this way. Saw on facebook the other day someone made a comment about not returning their phone calls and someone else I know used them as well and also had a very bad experience with them."
