"This is the only vendor we worked with that we were unfortunately pretty disappointed with. Having any sort of conversation with them post-wedding was a true hassle, and there were additional costs and fees for everything, every step of the way. We chose them for their high reviews, and the photographer that worked with us was indeed very friendly and professional and took great shots. Unfortunately, working with the company on actually getting our pictures, and our album was an unnecessarily tiring and chaotic process, and the videographer did not listen to anything we asked him to do, doing in fact the exact opposite."
