"All flowers for wedding and reception. Rosemary and her staff definately exceeded my expectations- the flowers were absolutely gorgeous! Flowers were all delivered and set up on time and stunning! I have never seen this type of work done anywhere in the Williamsport area. The only thing that disappointed me was that I didn't want any greens in the bouquet and the bouquet definately had some greens in it- but it was still stunning, with greens or without greens."
