Belmar is a popular beach town (families and college-age kids) with some great restaurants, popular summer bars, and touristy shops. Great restaurants include: Kaya's Kitchen, a yummy vegetarian restaurant, Kelly's, an Irish bar and restaurant, and Kleins and Havens and Hamptons, seafood restaurants. Our favorite gelato shop is also in town, and popular bars include: 507 Main, Connolly Station, Bar Anticipation, The Boathouse, and D'Jais (aka quido central). You can also pay to go on a fishing boat or party boat here.
