"I found EVERYTHING I needed at Party Time Express! They were very helpful and took time to talk to me about my ideas and then we'd make them happen! My theme was hearts.I wanted silver heart wine stoppers to give to my guests. They were able to order them for me...the quality of their items is A+ and their prices are very reasonable. I was able to co-ordinate everything perfectly...my unity candles,cake knife and server, guest book, ring pillow, flower girl baskets, misc decorations, shower decorations, rentals, etc. I could keep going and going here. Going to one place saved me time and money! They have the experience of taking care of weddings and all occasions, so no mistakes are made in ordering invitations etc. I had a beautiful wedding day and received many compliments on my choices of everything and the guests actually took the wine stopper favors home!!! They loved them!!"
