"TERRIBLE service, rude to bridal party & guests, cleared tables (decorations,waterpitchers, drinking glasses, champagne cups being used,STACKED CHAIRS on tables, IN MIDDLE OF RECEPTION, many lies, cleared tables by pushing large dirty trash can thru hall where people were eating, ran into people with it, BBB complaint pending, prepared food for aprox 50 less than what i paid for,food half the size than what i was promised, dance floor dirty with dead BUGS picked up on bottom of wedding gown while dancing, refused to keep restrooms tidy and took 45 minutes to even restock empty toilet paper in ladies room, many more issues--AFTER charging a mandatory 18% gratuity for this kind of service. my one star would be negative if possible."
