Once you sign the contract you get your own personal planning website. You can play song samples and put together a time line for your event. I found this very helpful. They use this information that you fill out at the final meting to make sure everything is in order. Overall I found them very organized, and very helpful. They made lots of accommodations for me, and were very friendly."
