"They were great to work with in the planning process... until the day of... we reserved a Rolls Royce to bring me/my parents and my husband/his parents to our wedding. They somehow broke the key off in the door the day of my wedding and had no other cars to offer us. We both had to ride in the limo bus with our parents and the rest of our wedding party to the church. I had also supplied them a very detailed itinerary, but when the limo bus driver showed up she had no idea where/when we were going. They did compensate me for 1 hour of the bus to make up for the Rolls Royce incident. But that didn't make up for the fact that i had no ride to my wedding!"
