"Horrible, i always had to call them to confirm everything and they never made note of my changes when i sent them. The day of the wedding the guy "danny" was so lost & made so many mistakes even the guests noticed how lost he was, he had none of bridal correct or songs and i gave them a playlist so they woudlnt have to pick any music out and they never used it! The guy didnt even try to pump up the crowd etc...He ruined my reception!"
