Attraction
In case you want to check out some of what the city has to offer. Carmines is a favorite restaurant. Marriott Hotel in Time square is truly a site to see. Has rotating bar.

Tickets
One of the most popular ways to get discount tickets to see Broadway and Off-Broadway productions is through the TKTS booths. The downside is that you have to wait on line to get the tickets. Tickets are available for same-day performances (with the exception of matinees, which are sold a day in advance at the downtown location), generally at 50% or 25% off the full ticket price.
