"We LOVED the venue! Everyone raved about how beautiful it was and we had so much fun. The staff is very laid back and accommodating. So, why not 5 stars, the staff was so laid back about some things that when there were mistakes made (like seating my father behind a wall so that he could not see the head table during the dinner reception), the staff thought it was not a big deal. So, my bridesmaids were running around trying to change the tables so that our family was able to see us. This put us back a bit in terms of timing and just made the start of the evening a bit hectic. I had planned all of these details and gone over them with the people at Heavenly, and was a bit frustrated by this. Otherwise, everything was great! I am sure that I was the only one who noticed this had happened (other than my bridesmaids and the other people who got put behind the wall!)."
